Darling Membreño

Originally from Southern California, Darling Membreño took a small pit stop in education before becoming a Mental Health Counselor. She graduated with a B.A. in Spanish from the University of CA Riverside and a M.A. in Spanish and Teaching from the University of New Hampshire. Darling worked as a High School Spanish teacher in Boston for a year and then moved to Austin to continue teaching at several high schools for eight more years. Teaching high schoolers confirmed for Darling what she already knew in high school: she wanted to be a therapist. So she went to the Seminary of the Southwest in Austin, Texas, and received her second M.A. in Mental Health Counseling. When not at work, Darling enjoys spending time with friends and her dog, dancing, cooking, hiking, swimming or just binge-watching her favorite shows.
